ABOUT US

This independent, non-profit organization has been created by teachers to be an advocate for visual arts education in Nova Scotia. We know you are doing incredible work out there and that what you do is vital to our schools and communities. We see a need for professional development relevant to our practice and for research into the current state of art education in our province. We aim to improve communication between art education communities and strengthen ties between diverse arts organizations. With your help we can be a voice for art educators, expressing our strengths, needs, and the complexities of our challenges. We hope you will consider becoming a member of our society. We need your passion and expertise to strengthen art education in Nova Scotia.
